2023-03-31 M81 Bode's & M82 Cigar Galaxy

The bright Moon ruined my plans to photograph The Elephant's Trunk Nebula this night, so I thought I'd make an attempt at Bode's and Cigar galaxy, even though I only brought my 135mm Takumar.

I had to faff about a little to find them, but there they are!

Not too bad. I'm happy I managed to resolve anything at this resolution, though I had to push the processing pretty hard. I think my focus is slightly off, but oh well, you win some you lose some. Still pretty neat.
